Your first self-portrait is extremely well done. The lighting and angles create a foreboding effect, and the silhouette creates an eye-catching contrast against the background. That gets my vote.
I agree #3 is best. If you let your mind go the photo is actually ominous and chilling, has an apocalyptic feel. I lke how the figures are clear but you can't see faces, etc. Very good.
I do like 11 because it has that feeling of a hard days work and then just completely collapsing. #3 looks like it could be any kind of big event, either from a concert or people at a dictator's speech. Or maybe even a rally for a war.
