  1. Hello Bennett!

I love your shots this week. A lot of the subjects are definitely representative of certain memories and vintage looks. I really like a bunch of them, but I think the chess game is my favorite. It is a really great representation of many different elements of memories/vintage aspects. The lighting is great and I like that the board is the majority focus.

    Great job!

  2. My favorite is number 13. Nice access to vintage car show to really get the feel. The giant chess set was really cool, although wish that would be a tighter framing. The rest is kind of unimportant and unneeded. Kinda loses impact of chess game

  3. these photos definitely capture the vintage feel. 9 is my favorite because it's hilarious and there's just something really enjoyable about it. a nice spin on a childhood toy/memory.

  4. #13 is a terrific photo, looking across the cityscape makes me feel a sense of both anticipation and longing, and it's hard to tell if the individual in the picture is saying hello or goodbye (I suspect the latter). The choice to obscure the face and any noticeable expression in darkness allows the viewer to apply their own feeling to the photo. For me I felt a sadness in the distance, and the inevitability that the moment would end, but through the space and distance time simultaneously seems infinite.

  5. All of your photos really feel vintage or like memories. #9 is my favorite this week because it's hilarious. It's so strange, yet reminds me so much of childhood and even being a teenager.
