  1. You jump between very vivid and almost mundane and flat with your colors. I really like the vivid stuff you did number 6 being my favorite, it has very intense lines and colors.

  2. #7- I honestly enjoy your collection as a whole. All the photo go together nicely in tonal value. It feels wholesome as though they were all taken a few blocks a part, and even if they were not I find myself going back and looking over again.

  3. The colors in 5, 6, and 7 are intense and surreal, they go together well. 6 I especially like because it is an abstract image but created not just by colored lighting but by the texture beneath it. That would be my favorite, and my vote. The self portrait against the dilapidated wall also says something about the person depicted, about the grungy reality of who people are.

  4. I love the unexpected colors in the first two! I think that the 6th one is my favorite though. You really captured not only a contrast in color between the road/buildings and the trees, but a contrast in tone as well. It's a serious, but elegant photo.

  6. Number 6 is my favorite for this week. I like the use of color but I really like the little patches of rainbow colors from the camera's reflection on the material. I also like how the bottom right hand corner gives the viewer a window of escape and allows the background to be seen. It makes me think about where the piece was shot.

  7. Really nice collection of photos, and a great variety. I like #13 the best, with the person in the Batman jacket looking at the city houses across the high grass, makes me think of the person returning to a childhood house, regretting not being there to help out. The distance across the grass implies that maybe this person doesn't feel welcome.
