Bennett Critique + 2 Self Portraits

  1. I like the way you manipulate the perspective in your photos. They all create very interesting compositions that keep the eye moving around the image to dostinguish the location and surrounding area of the focal point. The folding table and chair is my favorite one. The chair almost looks equal in length with the table because of the angle the camera is being held.

  4. The choice to add strong grain to the first photo of the camera is a subtle comment on watching/being watched and the clever reversal in this situation.

  5. you definitely have some interesting images going on here. I like the guy sitting with the hookah the most. It's something about his body language and the way the line on the wall almost acts like a horizon within the photograph.
