  1. Wow, a great variety of subjects and lightings. You really have depth of field down and the photos are definitely enhanced by your framing skills.

  2. My favorite pictures are the house with the large sky, and then the shells on the beach. The shells really pop out and look great in b&w. The framing is interesting because the depth of field where we see the shells and the ocean, to give it context. My vote is on the house. The large sky gives the house a place in the world, where the sky is larger than the house. Has a great balance in composition!

  3. Very clear and vibrant images. Your flower shot almost feels 3-dimensional. My favorite was your third to last photograph of what seems to be an alley way of some sort. I like the mystery in it.

  4. The seashells on the shore has a great variety of blacks, whites, and grays. Great contrast. The slight tilt of the way it is framed actually reminds me of a scene from a Dada film I saw when I was a film student.

  5. Hey neighbor. I'm really digging the way the butterfly and the flower pictures pop out. Both of those are also really interesting subjects for b+w because of how closely associated they are with color. I also love the texture, the dirt I guess on the baseball it feels very real like I was holding the ball through the phone screen...somehow

  6. I really love the photo of the pencils. I vote for that as best photo of the week. It's clean and simple, and is one of the more original photos I've seen so far.
