  1. The girl with the flower (the one with the flower in front) totally reminds me of the Lyndon Johnson campaign ad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63h_v6uf0Ao

I like how you really focus in on her face. You made this picture look interesting by positioning her diagonally in the frame. The flower out of focus puts a lot of attention on her which works great!

  2. I liked your focus on getting in close to the subject. That attention to details shows in a number of your photographs. I also like some of the levels of distortion and grain in your photographs, it adds and air of mystery.

  3. I think what's nice about this set is that they all feel really intimate. My favorite is the little girl with the flowers as well, its just so expressive and it looks like you did a great job capturing her in the moment.

  4. I agree that these photos feel very intimate. I really like the photos you used the Sepia toning in. The composition of the photo with the flower out of focus in the foreground and the girl in the background is very interesting. My two favorite photos are the ladybug on the finger and closeup of the legs.

  5. Your closeup of the little girl with freckles is definitely my favorite, I appreciate the tight and clean framing. Like everyone else has said, the closeness of the photo (and the entire series) gives a very genuine and intimate feeling to your style. I think you have a great eye for detail, which gives you the advantage of seeing things that others might miss.
